Apt Resources is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Civil Draftsman to join a prestigious team at the Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. This dual role combines project coordination responsibilities with drafting and design tasks ensuring the successful execution of high-profile construction and renovation projects for the Royal Palace.

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Coordinate between different teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Review and update architectural drawings as necessary ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in resolving project-related issues effectively and efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination and civil drafting, preferably in high-profile or luxury projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
• Experience working on historical or significant structures is a plus.

Salary: AED 5500 plus free accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor law.
