A leading company in investment and blockchain is seeking a marketing manager to spearhead user acquisition and optimize marketing strategies in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial investments, particularly in currency speculation, and will demonstrate strong leadership skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential. This is a full-time role with responsibilities including performance KPI management and effective team collaboration.

- At least 10 blockchain media resources and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Pulling new users: Utilize user resources in related industries such as blockchain, investment funds, stocks, and currency circles to recruit new users and assist the operations department in converting them. Develop strategies for new market introduction and lead the team to achieve user acquisition goals.
- Channel development: Develop and integrate high-quality marketing channels, including media, social platforms, investment communities, and SEO strategies. Channels may include Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google SEO, Cointelegraph, CNN, and others.
- Performance KPIs: Set and achieve KPIs related to user acquisition, channel expansion, and conversion rates. Lead the team to create and execute marketing plans and activities.
- Department management: Lead and organize the team to implement market strategies aligned with operational and product cycles. Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and coordinate with other departments to ensure active execution of marketing plans.
- Market research: Conduct market analysis, monitor industry dynamics, and produce valuable market research reports independently.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus. College degree or higher. Knowledge of stock investment, market supervision, and basic office software skills. Experience in currency speculation is preferred.
- Experience: Over 5 years in the currency or financial investment industry, or over 4 years in coin, stock, or fund speculation. No country restrictions.
- Resources: At least 10 blockchain media resources, 40 community channels, 20 industry V resources, or 30 core resources in other categories.
- Communication: Clear articulation, good language skills, and performance ability. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving focus.
- Work ethic: Enthusiastic, stress-resistant, proactive in problem-solving, and team-oriented.
- Language requirements: Fluency in Mandarin and English; open to all nationalities.
- Work location: Willing to work in Dubai, UAE.
