As a Marketing Analyst based in Dubai, you will report to the Gallery and Best Practices Director. You will support the Cross Category team on client projects and marketing programs, as well as monitor and disseminate market and consumer information to support marketing, sales, evaluation, and perfumery teams.

• Monitoring and recording new launch activity, purchasing new launch products, and collaborating with marketing colleagues in different regions.
• Organizing new product meetings.
• Supporting research for client presentations and drafting presentations under the supervision of a marketing manager.
• Collaborating with Sales and Evaluation to support customer projects and establish olfactory directions to win briefs.
• Supporting marketing and graphics colleagues on programs and projects across regions/subregions.
• Learning and applying Givaudan branding guidelines.
• Developing and delivering presentations.
• Accurately recording and accessing information from Givaudan systems (IBIS, Fragranceland, etc.).

• University Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with fragrance families and key olfactory notes (preferred but not required).
• Ability to analyze social media marketing content for insights.
• Ability to manage simple projects independently.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Effective management of multiple priorities under time and budget constraints.
