Job Description

The Ministry of Education (MOE) in the UAE is seeking a Project Manager responsible for tracking, evaluating, and enhancing the performance of the School Operations Sector. The role involves developing and monitoring KPIs, managing dashboards, and coordinating automation of operational processes to support data-driven decision-making.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee automation of school operation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
2. Develop and monitor sector KPIs to assess performance.
3. Manage and enhance sector dashboards for real-time insights.
4. Coordinate with IT teams to implement automation solutions.
5. Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in process automation, performance monitoring, and data visualization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in automation tools, KPI tracking systems, and dashboard platforms (e.g., Power BI).
