Strategy & Execution

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.

• Plan and manage budgets to meet performance goals while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Create compelling ad creatives and landing page briefs in collaboration with the content and design teams.

• Monitor campaign KPIs daily and adjust strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

Analytics & Reporting

• Set up, track, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.

• Analyze data and A/B test performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).

• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with sales, content, product, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business objectives.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media and digital growth.

• Propose new channels, tools, and strategies to test and expand our marketing efforts.
  

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media Specialist, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, etc.) and how to scale them.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel.

• Ability to build and interpret data-driven reports and dashboards.

• Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking for ad content and messaging.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  

Salary Range: 6,000 AED – 8,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications).
We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, ongoing training, and additional benefits based on the applicant's profile.

This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
