As a Production Shift Leader, you will oversee production activities during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, quality standards, and effective team coordination. You will monitor processes, address issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a shift leading role
• Diploma or higher education qualification
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic math
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting
