As a Global Technical Support Engineer youll be the technical backbone of our Fire and Life Safety product portfolio. Youll support internal and external stakeholders troubleshoot complex issues and ensure our systems perform flawlessly in the field.

What youll do:

• Provide first-line technical support via phone email and collaboration tools.
• Recreate and test product faults in lab environments to identify root causes.
• Deliver product training to internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales R&D and Quality teams to drive product excellence.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports to support continuous improvement and KPI tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with Fire and Life Safety systems portfolio (installation commissioning and maintenance of it)
• Knowledge of BS5839-1 BS5839-8 BS5839-9 and EN-54 & UL Standards.
• Experience with IP-based systems and system design principles.
• Excellent communication analytical and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English verbal and written
