• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, assess, and validate welding procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 3834, EN 1090, and ASME IX.
  • Oversee and support welders in process execution, offering guidance on best practices and complex techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and production teams to ensure alignment in welding requirements and project specifications.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and non-destructive testing (NDT) as needed to verify welding quality and compliance with client and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records of welding processes, procedures, and inspections for traceability and continuous improvement.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; certification as an International Welding Engineer (IWE) is required.
  • Proven experience in welding engineering within industrial manufacturing, ideally with exposure to structural steel and pressure vessel applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of welding standards and processes, including SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and NDT methods.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Preferred Qualifications:
