A leading consulting firm in the UAE is seeking a Project Portfolio Manager with 15 to 20 years of GCC experience in civil, marine, and infrastructure construction. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget controls. Responsibilities include overseeing project managers, establishing KPIs, and ensuring timely project delivery. Candidates must hold a BE/B Tech Civil or equivalent and PMP certification. This full-time position is work from office-based.
15 to 20 years of gcc experience in contracting firms (civil construction, marine, infrastructure, building). The ideal candidate should lead and manage a portfolio of civil, infrastructure and marine construction projects. He should be responsible for the coordination and oversight of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organization goals, budgetary controls, risk management and timely delivery. He is responsible to provide leadership directions to project managers and site teams, align project execution with strategic business objectives, establish KPIs, progress monitoring, conduct periodic reviews and ensure corrective actions where needed. Education: BE or B Tech Civil/Equivalent + PMP certified;
