Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Planning Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Maintenance Planning Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans for our offshore oil and gas facilities. You will work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for offshore oil and gas facilities.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to identify maintenance requirements and schedule work accordingly.
• Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and generate reports as required.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to optimize maintenance processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning in the oil and gas industry, preferably in an offshore environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles, techniques, and tools.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
