A prominent hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Chef De Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. The role involves preparing and serving food items while ensuring consistency with property recipes. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a hotel environment, particularly with a la carte menus. Candidates should work well under pressure and communicate effectively within the team to enhance guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a hotel, especially a la carte.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Responsabilités
- Share ideas and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
- Ensure consistency in the preparation of food items according to recipes.
