Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join Nord Anglia Education to support the Regional Managing Director based in our Dubai Regional Office (UAE).

We seek an individual to join as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director where your focus will:

• Provide full executive administrative support to the Managing Director including diary management meeting scheduling and coordination of regional and international calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders managing relationships with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Plan and manage complex travel itineraries including flights hotels transport and visa requirements for the Managing Director and visiting executives.
• Maintain an organised filing and document management system (digital and physical) for all correspondence reports and contracts.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 57 years experience supporting a senior executive ideally in a multinational or education organisation
• Proven experience managing complex diaries international travel and multi-stakeholder communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams)
• High level of discretion integrity and confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to work effectively across diverse teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to support global time zones
