We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of the captain fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the 3PL industry, with proven leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams in a high-paced environment. This role involves managing a fleet of captains, team performance, and operational issues to ensure optimal operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Manage the full captain recruitment process, from sourcing and onboarding to go-live.
• Spearhead the implementation of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the fleet.
• Lead and support teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Partner with performance and operations teams to meet key KPIs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in fast-paced operations.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management and development.
• Proficiency in data analysis; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
