Job summary
A leading automotive firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to ensure customer satisfaction through quality servicing and repairs on vehicles. Candidates should have a trade-related certificate and 2-4 years of experience with Japanese/American or European cars. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years of experience working in a dealership workshop.
- Experience with Japanese/American or European cars such as Volvo, Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge.
- Ability to provide established standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality servicing and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
- Identify customer requests and refine the diagnostic process.
- Perform requested work following manufacturer's operating procedures.
Skills
Education
As part of our Automotive team in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing quality servicing and repairs on Passenger Sedans and 4 wheel drive vehicles, so as to return them to the manufacturer’s specifications.
You will be responsible for identifying customer’s requests, analyzes them, and refines the diagnostic process. You will also perform the requested work, in observance of the manufacturer’s methods (recommendations and operating procedures).
- Perform quality servicing and repairs on Passenger Sedans and 4 wheel drive vehicles to manufacturer specifications.

You should possess trade-related certificate/diploma and have at least 2-4 years of related experience working in a dealership workshop and repair section of Japanese/American or European cars such as Volvo, Jeep, Chrysler & Dodge. You should have the ability to provide established standards of customer service through diagnostic ability and assessment of car repairs/maintenance.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
