WhizzHR is Hiring a Personal Assistant/ Sales Executive (with Valid UAE Driving License)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in both professional and personal matters. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, discreet, and possess a valid UAE driving license to assist with transportation and errands as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the executive
• Manage schedules, appointments, travel plans, and daily calendars
• Run personal errands and handle office-related tasks as needed
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and handle follow-ups
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Drive the executive to meetings, appointments, or events
• Assist in basic household and logistical management (if required)
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional in approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools
• Flexible with work hours and availability when required
