Job summary
A real estate firm in the UAE is seeking a leasing agent to manage tenant inquiries, conduct property tours, and oversee leasing procedures. Candidates must have a minimum of 1.5 years of leasing experience in Dubai, excellent organizational skills, and strong negotiation abilities. This role requires effective multitasking to ensure tenant satisfaction and successful occupancy goals. Immediate joining is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Attend to tenant inquiries in a prompt and timely manner.
- Conduct tours with potential tenants.
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with property standards.
- Conduct credit checks to qualify potential renters.
- Collect application fees and rent payments.

That’s where qualified leasing agents play a crucial role. Communicating and vetting potential tenants, conducting knowledgeable property and neighbourhood tours and overseeing the leasing process until we place the tenant in the property. Acting as an interface between landlord representatives and tenants, the leasing agent ensures that both sides are happy and leasing arrangements meet expectations. Need to have excellent communications skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Maintain accurate records for properties
- Stay informed of rental market conditions
- Advertise available properties online and offline
- Determine prospective tenants’ leasing eligibility
- Ensure a frictionless signing and move-in process for tenants
- Attend to Tenant Inquiries in a prompt and timely manner
- Conduct tours with potential tenants
- Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations
- Update leases when tenants move in or leave
- Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters and conduct regular audits for lease compliance
- Collect application fees, security depots and rent payments
- Coordinate property maintenance according to your client’s agreements
- Keep management informed of any issues
- Act as an interface between Landlord representatives and tenants, ensuring that both sides are happy and leasing arrangements meet expectations.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in leasing (Real Estate) in Dubai
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service / negotiation skills
- RERA Broker ID
