• Tenancy Contracts – Prepare and ensure legal compliance of contracts, including Tawtheeq registration.
• Documentation – Verify ID, income, and legal documents of both parties.
• Market Knowledge – Stay updated on rental trends and pricing in Abu Dhabi.
• Customer Service – Provide ongoing support before and after move-in.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Communication and negotiation skill.
• Must be available in Abu Dhabi.
• At least 1 year experience in rental properties.
• Languages: English and Arabic, additional language is a plus.
