• Greet guests with a friendly welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous manner.
• Set up and maintain poolside furniture including chairs towels umbrellas and tables.
• Assist guests with pool-related inquiries or concerns offering recommendations or guidance as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area by picking up trash wiping down surfaces and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
• Take guest orders provide recommendations and deliver drinks promptly.
• Check guests identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle cash transactions process credit card payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Monitor guest consumption and maintain responsible alcohol service standards.
• Suggest menu items promote daily specials or highlight seasonal offerings.
• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their drinks and services throughout their visit.
• Respond promptly to guest needs such as providing towels replenishing drinks or ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable.
• Monitor pool area for any safety hazards and address any risks promptly.
• Report any accidents injuries or incidents to management and follow appropriate safety procedures.
• Ensure the area is compliant with health and safety regulations including pool hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
