• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company’s Forex transactions.
• Update accounts regularly, including Forex trading accounts, bank statements, and ledgers.
• Maintain awareness and accurate handling of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Process daily financial transactions, ensuring all entries are correctly recorded in the accounting system.
• Monitor and manage cash flow related to Forex trading activities.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts with a focus on Forex operations.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the trading and finance teams for accurate reporting of Forex transactions.
• Support the external audit process by providing relevant documentation and information.
• Stay updated on developments in the Forex market and their impact on financial reporting.

• Proven experience in bookkeeping within a Forex brokerage or similar financial setting.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate tax regulations is essential.
• Strong understanding of Forex trading and its financial implications.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
• Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and international accounting standards.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
