Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations. The role covers accounting entries, UAE VAT compliance, budget control, and monthly P&L reporting. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, accurate, and able to work independently while maintaining strong financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns in compliance with regulations
• Record daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, bank transactions)
• Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations
• Monitor budgets and control operating expenses
• Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation
• Coordinate with management, auditors, and external consultants when required

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Hands‑on experience with accounting entries and reconciliations
• Proven experience in budget control and P&L reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential data
