Indian Chef in Sharjah

We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Sharjah. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes according to our menu and standards. You will also be in charge of managing the kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including biryani, curry, tandoori, and more
• Create new dishes and recipes while keeping with the traditional flavors and techniques
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and service
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new dishes while staying true to traditional flavors
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage staff effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English

Salary: 1600$ per month
