Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a financial environment.
• 5-10 years management experience in a financial healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Activity Based model for better productivity understanding.
• Document activity based costing policies and procedures.
• Report key highlights to hospital management based on ABC analysis.
• Monitor trends in revenue, productivity, and costs.
• Work closely with the Funder Relations and Health Information teams.

Analytical and problem solving skills

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications

Financial acumen and industry awareness

Hospital operations in the UAE

Medical terminology and procedures

Skilled in leading and managing complex negotiations

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Arabic communication skills

Education

Relevant bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Chartered Accountant: CA(SA), ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent
