Data Management and Exchange:

• Ensure the models contain accurate and up-to-date information, and facilitate the exchange of data with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Adding Cobie parameters to 3D model in Revit/BIM as per industry standard

Compliance and Accuracy:

• Verify that the models adhere to project specifications, regulations, and Schindler's standards.

Clash Detection and Resolution:

• Utilize the models to identify potential clashes or conflicts between different building components and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Collaborate with various teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of Schindler's products into building projects.

Project Support:

• Provide BIM-related support throughout the project lifecycle, from design and planning to construction and maintenance.

Mobility needs you

• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
• Solid understanding of building construction and engineering principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
