A leading global insurance provider is seeking a Claims Advocate to join its Dubai team. The role demands at least 10 years of claims handling experience, offering hybrid work flexibility. Key responsibilities include providing clients guidance on claims, managing strategies for complex cases, and engaging with stakeholders. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Advocacy team at Bowring Marsh. This role will be based in Dubai/DIFC. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Claims Advocacy role is part of the Heavy Industries, Metals and Mining sector team. This role involves providing dedicated, prompt, and effective claims support and project management for strategic clients with assets and locations across MENA. The advocate will work closely with Marsh Clients, Marsh Claims Operations, Claims Consulting, and the local CE/broking organization, handling claims both pre‑loss and post‑significant or complex losses. The role also supports other advocates in the DIFC‑based specialty claims group, particularly in Energy, Power, and Construction sectors.
