Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer with over 15 years of experience in luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate master planning, manage schedules, and ensure timely project delivery. A degree in construction management or civil engineering is required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Arabic proficiency is a plus. This role is integral to project success, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Good track record of working on luxury townhouses and residential buildings.
• Arabic speaking and writing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial baseline schedules with minimal information.
• Coordinate master planning and construction schedules.
• Monitor engineering design and procurement progress.
• Prepare project progress reports and KPIs.
