In-depth knowledge of advanced waste treatment, resource recovery, and recycling technologies.

Demonstrated experience in policy development, strategy formulation, and advisory at government or senior corporate level.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of large and complex projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.

Provide expert strategic advice on waste management policy, planning, and infrastructure development.

Develop long-term business strategies to expand AESG’s waste management service offerings and market presence.

Secure new business through active involvement in proposals, bids, client negotiations, and networking.

Mentor and develop senior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Take ownership of financial management of major projects, ensuring profitability, cost control, and timely delivery.

Engage with regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders to influence sector direction and support AESG’s growth.

Recognised authority and thought leader in waste management, circular economy, and sustainable resource systems.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and inspire collaboration across disciplines.

Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to drive business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.

Advanced knowledge of waste policy, infrastructure, technologies, modelling, and financing mechanisms.
