China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a QA/QC Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secant piling, shoring, micro tunneling, and NDRC & pumping station projects, especially those involving Dubai Municipality standards and specifications.

Requirements and Skills:

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors for quality checks and approvals.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including test reports, NCRs, and audit findings.
• Prepare and manage method statements, ITPs, and corrective/preventive action plans.
• Train and guide site personnel on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
• Ensure timely resolution of any non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Secant piling, Shoring works, Microtunneling
• NDRC and pumping station projects (preferably with Dubai Municipality)
• In-depth understanding of QA/QC procedures in civil and infrastructure construction projects.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, ISO standards, and specific project specifications.
• Proficient in material testing, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
• Skilled in preparing Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Experience in conducting internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC Engineer role.
