Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of digital courses and learning activities
• Assist in building course outlines storyboards and assessment items
• Review and organize content from external vendors
• Help implement learning content within the LMS
• Conduct QA checks for accuracy clarity and learner experience
• Support revisions based on feedback from senior designers

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in instructional design e‑learning or education
• Academic background in education instructional design learning sciences or related fields
• Understanding of learning outcomes and assessment basics
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms

Preferred Skills
