Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is looking for an experienced and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the entire region. With our commitment to delivering high-quality mattresses that enhance sleep quality we are seeking a talented individual who can drive our sales strategy and manage relationships with key accounts. In this role you will oversee the national sales team, develop comprehensive sales plans and ensure the successful execution of initiatives aimed at achieving aggressive sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy to grow market share and revenue on a national level.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team fostering a culture of success and accountability.

Requirements
