Job summary

A recruitment firm in the UAE is looking for a Procurement Executive with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE, ideally in the construction or facilities management sector. The role requires strong knowledge of contractors and suppliers, proficiency in MS Office, and a good command of English. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred, along with a valid UAE driving license as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in UAE.
• Facilities Management industry experience is highly desired.
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position in UAE, preferably with a large

organisation in the construction or maintenance or facilities management industry working as

Commercial Officer or Commercial Assistant or Buyer or Procurement Assistant or equivalent.

• Facilities Management industry experience is highly desired, but not essential.

• Extensive knowledge of construction or maintenance contractors and material suppliers in the

UAE is required.

• Computer literate with knowledge MS Office is a must.

• Good command over the English Language.

Job Specific Technical Skills

• Experience in ERP system such Microsoft AX, SAP, Oracle or equivalent

Others

• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
