Job Description:
- Provide accurate legal advice, ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Handle all legal cases, disputes, investigations involving the center, draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and legal documents while safeguarding the company’s interests.
- Supervise the preparation of reports, memoranda, Board meeting minutes, official company records, ensuring accuracy, proper maintenance, and timely submission.
- Manage the Legal Department team, oversee internal investigations, support regulatory, operational compliance, follow up on administrative decisions, and submit periodic reports on legal matters and performance.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below.
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
- Strong understanding of UAE legal systems, including Dubai and Federal Courts, corporate governance, contracts, and compliance matters.
