A post‑doctoral position is available in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at United Arab Emirates University for the research project, “Geometry, Dynamics and Moduli Spaces of Kleinian Groups,” funded by the UPAR research program. The Postdoc will conduct research in Geometric Analysis, including quasiconformal mappings, and in the geometry and topology of Kleinian groups. The project links the geometry and topology of moduli spaces of discrete groups with quantifiable constraints on the geometry and topology of Riemann surfaces and hyperbolic manifolds. The appointment is initially for one year with the possibility of a half‑year extension depending on satisfactory performance. The package includes a monthly salary of AED 7,000, medical insurance, and one round‑trip air ticket.
