• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique benefits of our building materials to potential clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase our products.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding building materials.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management to track progress against sales targets.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the building materials industry.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, their applications, and industry standards is required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage various stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
