Export Sales Coordinator – Food Industry

About Us:

East Fish Processing LLC, a leading seafood processor based in Ajman, is looking for an Export Sales Coordinator with UAE seafood or FMCG export experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export sales orders from customer confirmation to shipment.
• Liaise with internal teams (production, QA, logistics) to ensure timely orders.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports.
• Support the Export Sales team with customer communication and order follow-up.
• Prepare system invoicing using ERP software aligned with export orders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE seafood exports or FMCG exports.
