Job summary

A vibrant student campus in Sharjah is seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to provide excellent service to residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will greet students and parents, respond to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing daily check-ins, logging service requests, and assisting with events. Strong organizational, communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are essential. This position requires shift rotations and may include weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors at reception.
  • Respond to general inquiries about campus life, housing, facilities, and procedures.
  • Log service requests, complaints, and maintenance issues into the system.
  • Perform daily Check-in & Check-out.
  • Follow up monthly payment.
  • Distribute access cards, keys, or notices as needed.
  • Support student events and orientation activities.
  • Assist the reservation or leasing team during peak hours.
  • Report incidents or behavioral concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Job Purpose:

To be the welcoming face of the student campus, supporting residents and visitors with excellent service and ensuring a vibrant, safe, and supportive environment.

Scope:

This is a front-facing role with day-to-day interactions with students and staff. Ambassadors assist with general inquiries, handle administrative duties, and daily check-in & check-out, and support engagement activities, and a smooth onboarding experience.
