We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Export Sales to join our team in Dubai, specializing in European car and truck auto spare parts (BMW, Mercedez, Volkswagen, Ford, GMC, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Audi etc). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in the export sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships across various international markets. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share for European car and truck auto spare parts.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new clients through networking and industry events.
  3. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales efforts.
  5. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
