Black & Grey HR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nanny to provide one-to-one developmental care and early learning support to a 3-year-old child with speech delay in a home-based family setting in Dubai.

This role is ideal for an experienced early childhood professional who combines teaching expertise with nurturing care-giving and who can work closely with parents and therapists to support the child's learning communication and overall development.

Role Overview
  • One-to-one care and early learning support in a private family setting
  • Structured routine focused on speech play-based learning and development
  • Therapy-aligned daily activities
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily teaching and care-giving support tailored to the childs individual developmental needs in a safe calm and positive environment
  • Build and maintain a structured daily routine including learning play meals rest and transitions
  • Plan and conduct learning-through-play activities including language sensory and developmental exercises
  • Support the childs speech communication motor skills and social development through consistent interaction and play
  • Coordinate closely with parents and therapists to follow agreed developmental goals and routines
  • Attend therapy sessions as required and implement therapist-guided activities at home
  • Handle day-to-day care including meals hygiene sleep routines and supervision
  • Ensure full safety cleanliness and emotional well-being of the child
  • Travel with the family when required maintaining consistency in routines
Requirements
  • Background in nursery teaching early childhood education or similar fields
  • Proven experience working with toddlers preferably in a home or one-to-one setting
  • Fluent English speaker (mandatory) for communication and learning activities
  • Exposure to speech delay special needs or developmental support is a strong advantage
  • Educated well-spoken nurturing emotionally stable and patient
  • Willingness to follow structured routines and developmental plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists parents and agency staff
  • Flexible and confident to travel internationally with the family
