You will provide support through various channels, requiring native Japanese and strong English skills. Ideal candidates have customer support experience in crypto or financial services. Formación
6–12 months of online customer support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services.
Experience in live chat support and handling customer inquiries.
Financial background is strongly preferred.
Responsabilidades
Provide efficient customer support in crypto trading via live chat, tickets, and email.
Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals.
Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
Conocimientos
Native Japanese
Strong English proficiency (B2; C1 preferred)
