Résumé du poste
A leading construction management firm is looking for a Sr Construction Manager to oversee project implementation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in project management, with a background in architectural engineering. Responsibilities include reviewing contractor proposals, leading site monitoring activities, and ensuring all project documentation meets requirements. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and offers an opportunity to lead significant construction projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience on similar scale projects.
- Certified PMP is an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Ensure implementation of project management procedures.
- Review contractor proposals and provide feedback.
- Conduct regular site visits for monitoring activities.
- Lead the PMC team in evaluations and submissions.
