• Proven experience in procurement within the marble, stone or construction industry.
• Familiarity with international stone brands and suppliers, particularly from China, Greece, Spain and Turkey.
• Strong negotiation, vendor evaluation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for marble and stone materials aligned with project timelines and budget.
• Source premium quality stone materials from international markets, especially China, Greece, Spain and Turkey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance, quality standards and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate closely with design estimation and project management teams to understand material requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, pricing movements and new product offerings in the marble and stone market.
