Design, develop, and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, especially Payroll and Talent Management.
Manage data loads and extracts using HDL and HCM Extracts.
Create dashboards and reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Support system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs.
Maintain Fusion HCM security, approval workflows, and customizations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
6+ years total experience, including 3–5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
Core HR, Talent Management, and ORC
Fusion Security and Approval Flows
HCM Data Loader, Extracts, and Fast Formula
OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL/PLSQL
Experience in system integrations and Redwood Design (preferred).
Soft Skills:
