Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Culinary Associate to assist in food preparation and kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking food to quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing food.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
- Monitor food quality while preparing food.
