• Good software development knowledge in Developing Power Applications
• Work Experience in SQL and Marimo.
• Knowledge in developing software like check in and check out attendance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, actively incorporating relevant advancements into current projects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and coding excellence.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in existing software, applying analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Document software designs, architectures, and processes clearly to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate onboarding of new team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in software development, particularly in building applications using modern programming languages.
• Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#; familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset for international teams.
• A strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps practices.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are highly regarded.
• Demonstrated passion for technology and continuous learning, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and environments.
