We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Structural Modeller with expertise in onshore civil, building, and underground projects. The candidate should have a strong technical background and practical aptitude in modelling, drawing extraction, and development.

1. Proven work experience in modelling for onshore civil structures, buildings, and underground facilities.
2. Hands-on experience with S3D, PDMS, AVEVA E3D, and drawing extraction using S3D Draft, PDMS Draft, and E3D Draft; training alone is not sufficient.
3. Familiarity with E3D & E3D Draft, PDMS, SP3D, Smart Sketch, AutoCAD, and related software.
4. Experience in 3D model review for clash detection, preparing material requisitions, and Material Take Off (MTO).
5. Modeling, checking, and detailing structures and foundations, including pipe racks, process structures, platforms, shelters, equipment foundations, underground networks, structures, and surrounding areas.
6. Preparation and finalization of Material Take Off for civil, structural, underground, and building works, including scheduling quantities.
7. Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, project management, and offsite offices.
8. Adaptability to dynamic environments, proactive problem-solving, and good communication skills.
9. Experience across various project phases: Basic, Conceptual, FEED, EPC, and EPIC.
10. Review of vendor drawings.
11. Knowledge of TEKLA and BOCAD software is preferred.

2. Extensive experience with modelling in S3D, PDMS, AVEVA E3D, and drawing extraction; training is insufficient without practical experience.
3. Proficiency in E3D & E3D Draft, PDMS, SP3D, Smart Sketch, AutoCAD, and others.
4. Experience in 3D model review for clash detection, material requisitions, and MTOs.
5. Expertise in modeling, checking, and detailing various structural components and underground structures.
6. Ability to prepare Material Take Off for civil, structural, underground, and building works.
7. Proactive attitude, readiness for challenges, and strong communication skills.
8. Experience with projects in basic, conceptual, FEED, EPC, and EPIC phases.
9. Ability to review vendor drawings.
10. Knowledge of TEKLA and BOCAD is an advantage.
