Carpentry Foreman for Carpentery Interior Desing

We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman who excels in hands-on carpentry supervision and possesses strong technical drawing, computer, and data entry skills for one of our Furniture company client in Al Ain, UAE. This role is crucial for overseeing carpentry teams, interpreting and updating project drawings, maintaining digital records, and ensuring the efficient, high-quality execution of all woodworking and fit-out activities.

• Supervise and lead carpentry teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
• Review, interpret, and update drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings.
• Use computer applications for reporting, documentation, and material requests.
• Perform data entry for daily progress, timesheets, inventory, and material tracking.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections of finished carpentry works for accuracy, quality, and safety compliance.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters and helpers in technical and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards on site.

• Diploma / Certificate in Carpentry, Wood Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years carpentry experience, with 2+ years as Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and fit-out works.
• Ability to read, interpret, and revise drawings / blueprints.
• Proficiency in computer use (MS Office, AutoCAD or similar preferred).
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic / Hindi / Urdu is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to perform carpentry tasks when required.
