Job summary
A tech company in UAE is seeking a PL SQL Developer to join their team. The role involves designing and deploying complex SQL queries and developing stored procedures to enhance database efficiency. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, along with at least 5 years of experience in the banking domain. Proficiency in PL/SQL, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and containerization tools such as Docker is essential. This position does not allow for remote work and is offered on a full-time basis.

We are currently looking for PL SQL Developer (Database Developer) for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals including syntax data types joins aggregations etc.
- Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries for large datasets using various indexing techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking domain.
- Experience with PL/SQL programming language.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address business requirements.
- Proven track record of developing stored procedures functions and triggers to enhance system efficiency.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to database performance tuning query optimization and data integrity.
- Commitment to adhering to coding standards and best practices through participation in code reviews.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Design develop test and deploy complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using PL/SQL programming language.
- Develop stored procedures functions and triggers to automate data processing tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues related to database performance tuning query optimization and data integrity.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
