Job summary
A leading construction firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to conduct topographic and boundary surveys using modern equipment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering with 3–7 years of experience in construction projects, particularly within the UAE or GCC. Responsibilities include preparing site layouts, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or contracting projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments/software.
- Ability to ensure high accuracy in measurements.

- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using modern surveying equipment.
- Prepare and verify site layouts and control points for construction activities.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to support site execution.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Geomatics.
- 3–7 years experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or contracting projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments/software.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, leveling, and site layout procedures.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work on site under varying conditions and ensure high accuracy in measurements.
