Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Project Surveyor polls and this case? who can lead site survey operations with accuracy, agility, and a passion for innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate all site surveying activities with a focus on accuracy and dimensional control.
• Establish and maintain control networks and ensure precise setting‑out for structural, architectural, MEP, and civil works.
• Conduct topographic and monitoring surveys (settlement, deformation, verticality) and prepare high‑quality as‑built documentation.
• Manage survey data and integrate outputs with BIM and QA/QC requirements.
• Supervise and mentor surveyors, ensuring strong planning, proper instrument handling, and safe practices.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years’ experience in large‑scale construction projects; Tier‑1 contractor experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and solid knowledge of topographic calculations, benchmarks, and survey workflows both on‑site and in the office.
• Hands‑on experience using GPS, total stations, and level machines, including regular instrument calibration and maintenance.
• Excellent understanding of construction tolerances, setting‑out methods, and surveying best practices.
• Leadership capability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
