• Clean and tidy guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds to ensure a comfortable and inviting space.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other room amenities to maintain a well-stocked environment.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean bathrooms to ensure every area is spotless.
• Report maintenance problems or safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure guest privacy and security at all times to maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment in an orderly and functional state.
• Follow health and safety regulations and procedures to promote a safe working environment for everyone.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

• Fast-paced hotel or resort environment.
• Physically demanding, requiring regular lifting and movement.
