Job summary

A leading hospitality brand in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Spa Ambassador for a full-time position. The role involves adhering to spa policies, maintaining a professional demeanor, assisting guests with services, and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about pool/spa amenities and capable of maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. This position does not offer remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual.
• Act as an Ambassador for the spa representing brand values.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of the pool/spa and facilities.
• Report to work on time and handover with the previous shift.
• Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and report equipment deficiencies.
• Assist in the operation of reception treatment areas.
• Confirm guest appointments and maintain guest history files.
• Maintain confidentiality policy for all spa guests and employees.
• Maintain facility in peak sanitary condition.
• Maintain locker rooms and towel stations in a tidy manner.
• Check, clean, and stock lockers as needed.
• Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities.
• Maintain linen inventory on a scheduled basis.
• Direct Members/Guests to appointments and assist them.
• Assist Members/Guests with sauna, steam, Jacuzzi usage.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Ambassador for the spa representing the brand values for colleagues establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders representing the values of the brand and Accor. This includes maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of the pool/spa and all facilities.
• Report to work on time and handover with the previous shift.
• Always maintain a courteous friendly and professional demeanour with guest/members.
• Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of any equipment.
• Assist in the operation of the reception treatment areas and whenever possible for spa guests and colleagues.
• Confirm with guests on scheduled appointment at check-in pre assign lockers accordingly and maintain guest history files.
• Maintain the confidentiality policy for all spa guests and employees.
• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.
• Maintain locker rooms and towel stations in a tidy manner.
• Check clean and stock lockers when needed.
• Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities.
• Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
• Direct Members/Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
• Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna steam Jacuzzi etc.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
