Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team! Holiday Inn is the first of its brand in Abu Dhabi. The hotel places you right at the heart of the city’s cultural and business landmarks. Located just 5 minutes from ADNEC and 10 minutes from the iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the hotel offers a prime setting for business, leisure, and exploring the best of Abu Dhabi. Step into the role of Reservations Agent, where your proactivity, adaptability, and quick learning will make you an indispensable part of our team. In this exciting position, you’ll ensure smooth, seamless operations while delivering exceptional service at every step. You’ll manage FIT reservations, handling individual bookings with accuracy and care. You’ll also take charge of group reservations—from the very first inquiry to final confirmation—coordinating room blocks, event spaces, and special requests by working closely with multiple departments.

Above all, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for both group and individual guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating a positive, memorable experience throughout the entire booking journey.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Creating unforgettable impressions for our guests through warm, genuine communication and exceptional attention to detail.
• Managing reservation inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism, speed, and accuracy.
• Playing a key part in maximizing revenue by confidently upselling rooms, packages, and hotel services while ensuring every booking is flawlessly processed and aligned with hotel standards.
• Collaborating with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience from start to finish.
• Staying on top of room categories, rates, and special promotions and responding to guest requests or concerns with courtesy and urgency, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
